What is paint correction?
Your car's shine comes from the clear coat, a thin transparent layer over the color. Automatic car washes, dirty towels and everyday grit leave fine scratches in it. Under sunlight, those scratches look like spiderwebs, or "swirls," and make even a clean car look dull.
Paint correction uses a machine polisher and a series of compounds and polishes to carefully level the clear coat until the scratches are gone. It's not a filler or a wax that hides damage; it actually removes it.

Yes, when it's done carefully. We measure how much correction your paint needs, use the least aggressive method that gets the result, and inspect under proper lighting as we go. The goal is to remove defects while preserving as much clear coat as possible.

How much does paint correction cost?
Price depends on the size of the car and the condition of the paint; stop by and we'll assess the paint and explain the price before any work.
Can paint correction remove all scratches?
It removes swirls and light scratches that are in the clear coat. Scratches that go through to the color or primer can be improved but may need touch-up or paint repair.
How long does paint correction take?
A 1-step is usually a full day. A 2-step can take one to two days depending on the car.
Should I get ceramic coating after paint correction?
We recommend some form of protection after correction. Ceramic coating gives the longest-lasting protection and keeps the finish looking corrected much longer.
How do I avoid swirls coming back?
Hand wash with the two-bucket method, use clean microfiber towels, and avoid automatic brush car washes.
